Today we loaded the black soldier fly larvae microwave drying processing line with 2 container. We disassemble the production line and load the them according to the container layout diagram. To avoid damage to machines during transportation, our staff care of fix each machines. After loading we also make “loading report” for our clients.
This processing line has L-hoister, vibration feeder, conveying system, microwave leakage suppression system, heating system, control system, monitor system, moisture & heat exhausting system, etc.
It widely used to dry black soldier fly larvae, yellow mealworm, silkworm cocoons, super mealworm, and other insect. The BSFL dried by microwave drying machine has puffing effect, beautiful color, crispy to make chicken feed, bird feed, fish feed, and other high protein animal feed.
