In mid-March, Joyang Machinery efficiently and collaboratively completed a one-stop delivery service for a Thai microwave equipment buyer.
This order, completed in early March, mainly included an full-stainless steel mixer, 2 sets of full-stainless steel crushers, 3 sets of PU belt conveyors, an all-stainless steel 30kW intelligent frequency converter microwave dryer (high-end models can also be used for sterilization of various products), an all-stainless steel grading sieve, and a JY-65 model twin-screw food extruder.
After the equipment production and testing works were completed, the sales team promptly obtained the latest information on foreign trade exports. After close communications with freight forwarders from multiple shipping companies, they promptly completed the booking, container pickup, loading, and customs clearance processes, selecting reliable Evergreen Marine vessels for the Thai user while saving significant ocean freight costs.
We designed the equipment layout in the container according to standardized ocean shipment container loading standards, strictly requiring workers to secure and fasten the machines to ensure their safe arrival at the buyer's factory. Please see the container loading photos below for reference:
